Through our group of companies, ARMUS manages, executes, and invests in real estate deals ranging from fix and flips to buy and hold types of properties. Our team is constantly monitoring the market and is always looking for the right opportunity to invest into the real estate sector. Our access to brokers, auctions, and off-market sales allows us to find properties with strong pro-forma models.

We believe that real estate is an asset-class that makes a great addition to our company's portfolio. Our goal is to create real estate holdings that are diversified between commercial and residential properties. We strongly believe that diversification reduces risk in any economic environment. Some of the projects we seeks include:

• Commercial office space, primarily between 50,000 and 150,000 square feet

• Triple-Net commercial leases

• Mixed use properties

• Shared space offices

• Ground up residential and commercial development

We seek opportunities in the real estate market focused primarily on the East Coast. However, we are always actively seeking the right property regardless of its location. From distressed properties to pure value add-ons, if the property falls under our extensive modeling, then we will always show interest. Although we are headquartered in Buffalo, NY, we work with several real estate agents, both residential and commercial, all across the East Coast.
